What Is The Epurboc? The Epurbloc is a rotor moulded rib designed septic tank. It is strong but light. It requires no concrete base or blanket when installing it. It is only 4 foot in height, has a built in filter system and only needs emptying once every 7 years.These tanks are also approved by UK Building Regs and The Environment Agency. Impressed? BUILT IN FILTER: Unlike any other septic tank on the market, it has 2 internal chambers built into it, with a built in filter system. In short this means the discharge from the Epurbloc is one of the cleanest from any septic tank in Europe. Secondly, because the filter system breaks down all the solids, it only needs emptying (desludging) once every 7 years. Most people empty their septic tanks once or twice every year. Each empty costs around £100-200 each time. Just think, the Epurbloc will have paid for itself in only 2 years or less!

NO CONCRETE: Because of its unique design the Epurbloc does not need concreting. Simply dig the hole, and place the tank on to the soil on the base of the hole. Backfill around the outside of the tank with 20-30mm granular backfill. Then once done cover the tank with top soil.

RISERS: If you need to install the Epurbloc lower into the ground, then you can purchase risers. Each riser is 200mm in height and can be purchase in pairs. The Epurbloc can have around 5 pairs of risers fitted to it, if need be. The risers are also very easy to attach. Simply screw each riser in place of the lid until tight, and then screw the lid onto the riser.
